The Protech machine park includes:

• Swiss-type CNC-controlled lathes for machining of elements with a higher degree of complexity, diameters in the range from 3 to 32 mm, lengths up to 500 mm and an accuracy up to 0.01 mm
• CNC turning centres for short turning, which allow machining of manually mounted workpieces with diameters up to 220 mm. With the same degree of complexity of details, they provide similar accuracy to Swiss-type CNC-controlled lathes
• CNC machining centres, used for further processing of turned parts or for milled parts made of material with a maximum dimension of 600x400x400 mm
• conventional automatic lathes (cam-controlled), which form the basis of our park and enable the machining of rotationally symmetrical elements with an outside diameter of 5 to 36 mm. They provide an accuracy up to 0.05 mm
• rotary transfer and indexing machines for quick execution of a sequence of operations on a workpiece with an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm
• tapping machines, milling machines, drills and various other machines

In order to guarantee the highest quality, we place great emphasis on the control of our products. The Protech measurement room is equipped with the necessary measuring equipment, allowing for accurate and reliable measurements.
